Princess Ning Yin" asked Ning Zhiyuan. He was now prioritizing Princess Ning Yin, and if it affected her, he would try to cleanse the area into a restricted zone."There is a little bit of that, but t...Chapter 561: Reckless Family 1

The two individuals from the Free and Easy School were also quite low-key as they made their way towards their destination, which was none other than the headquarters of the Free and Easy School itself—legendary Free and Easy Valley.

Upon arriving at Free and Easy Valley, however, Free felt that it didn't look like a valley at all but rather an elevated plateau surrounded by mountains, a very beautiful place indeed.

"Important area of the Free and Easy School. No trespassing."

The two were stopped from entering here, as this was after all the headquarters of the Free and Easy School, and only those affiliated with the school or guests were allowed to enter.

"Here is my pass token. Please check it."

<

Black Snow pulled out a pass token, which was actually temporary for outsiders like them.

"Who are you here to see" After checking the token, they still weren't allowed in because an invitation from someone within the school was necessary; otherwise, entry would be too easy.

"Ironheart Reckless."

Black Snow stated a name. This Ironheart Reckless was responsible for receiving them and was said to be the thirty-sixth generation disciple of that person, now an important figure in the Free and Easy School.

"Oh, it's Master Ironheart. Please wait here while I inform someone."

After waiting a short time, someone appeared, though this person was not Ironheart Reckless himself but could still represent him.

"Black Snow" The newcomer asked upon approaching them.

"Yes, I am Black Snow. This is Free, my husband," Black Snow nodded and introduced Free.

Free remained silent; he didn't know if they had agreed to this beforehand and thus chose not to argue.

"Free A good name. The name's Reckless, nickname Laughing Wolf."

The person looked at Free approvingly before stating his own name, which was rather amusing.

Laughing Wolf

No one would have expected a burly man to have such a name.

"Do you think my name's funny My master gave it to me when I was young and I've grown used to it."

The person spoke casually. Most people within the Free and Easy School acted on their whims, caring little for others' opinions; if they thought something was fine, that's all there was to it.

"Indeed, your name is a bit offbeat compared to your appearance, but names are just names and don't signify anything."

Free said bluntly, without any pretense.

"Hehe. That's right, names mean nothing; they're just names. Others call me Laughing Wolf."

Lovely Wolf laughed.

"Little Wolf" Black Snow asked curiously.

"Laugh—it means to laugh heartily," Lovely Wolf replied with a smile on his face, the reason for his nickname. Yet beneath that smile lay an intimidating personality.

Free chuckled and said, "I am Free, nicknamed Little Servant."

"Little Servant" Lovely Wolf was puzzled by this nickname.

Free laughed again and explained, "That's my profession; I'm a little servant now."

""

Lovely Wolf was even more confused. How could Free be Black Snow's husband if he were just a servant

"This is his profession. If he likes it, let him do it; I can't control him," Black Snow said with a laugh, having noticed Lovely Wolf's confusion.

"Hehe, you have some character, I like that."

Lovely Wolf laughed after observing Free for a moment. As members of the Free and Easy School liked to do as they pleased, wasn't this the essence of their school

Many within the Free and Easy School enjoyed doing peculiar things: despite high status, they might take on what others considered lowly jobs. Such preferences were subjective; no occupation was inherently lowly.

Lovely Wolf led them to a specific area of the school headquarters, which resembled a small city. Each region within had its own factions, usually not interfering with one another.

At the very center lay the true heart of Free and Easy School, housing its orthodox lineage; only the headmaster could reside there, but this wasn't necessarily from the orthodox line either.

Ironheart Reckless's faction had held the position multiple times, though not always consecutively. The competition within was quite fierce.

Free soon learned that Ironheart Reckless's lineage was called the Free Sons Family, as a large archway bore this name.

"The Wastrel Family, that's an interesting name. I like it," said Xianyao as he looked at the archway.

"Isn't it Do you have any interest in joining If so, I can introduce you in," said Laughing Wolf. During their conversation earlier, he had learned that Xianyao wasn’t from the Devil Realm but was brought here by Black Snow to help out.

He didn’t mind this; it had been centuries and they all wanted this matter settled as soon as possible. Besides, the founding ancestor hadn’t stipulated that assistance couldn't be sought from outside their realm.

If Xianyao wasn’t from the Devil Realm, there was no problem with him joining the Xianyao Sect. Even if he came from a righteous sect, as long as he wanted to join, it wouldn’t matter.

And even if Xianyao were from the Devil Realm, that would only be a minor issue and not an absolute no-go.

The Xianyao Sect’s actions always disregarded everything else; they simply did what they thought was right!

"Sure. I’m currently unaffiliated with any sect or family but have a noble clan, so there shouldn’t be any issue," said Xianyao with a smile. Joining the Xianyao Sect had benefits and wouldn’t tie him down.

The rules of the Xianyao Sect were very relaxed; they hardly imposed any restrictions. They only required members to step in when the sect was facing danger, but such situations rarely happened.

Most importantly, Xianyao liked the name “Xianyao”!

"That’s best. However, let’s discuss this after you’ve solved your problem. Otherwise, once you become part of the Wastrel Family, you won’t be able to help them solve their issue since it goes against the rules set by our founding ancestor," Laughing Wolf said as he patted Xianyao on the shoulder. This was just a matter of time.

"I’ll take care of that soon," Xianyao replied with a smile.

"Don’t be too confident. I’ve seen many people who were full of confidence but ended up unable to solve even one problem," warned Laughing Wolf. It was a kind reminder, not an insult.

Every year, some individuals came and stayed for a whole year; he had grown up here since childhood, so he’d seen plenty of them.

"Solving or not solving doesn’t matter to me. I’ll think about it as long as I want, but if I can’t come up with anything by then, I’ll give up," Xianyao waved his hand dismissively and said nonchalantly.

"You’re right. If you can’t do something, don’t force yourself to," Laughing Wolf nodded, realizing he was growing increasingly fond of Xianyao’s personality; it seemed as if Xianyao was tailor-made for the Xianyao Sect.

"Humph!" Black Snow pouted and gave a reproachful look at Xianyao. Even if she couldn’t solve the problem, why didn’t he pretend to do so until the end just to be with her

"Ignore her; women like to huff and puff when they’re upset," said Xianyao directly before continuing on his way with Laughing Wolf towards where the group of people from the Devil Melody Sect were gathered.

Their destination was a guest residence belonging to the Wastrel Family, currently housing members of the Devil Melody Sect and other guests. However, this had nothing to do with Xianyao.

"Black Snow, you’re finally here! Why so late It’s already been nearly a month," someone greeted them as they arrived at the separate courtyard where the members of the Devil Melody Sect were still discussing their problem when Black Snow appeared.

"Alright then. You guys keep chatting; I’ll leave now. Xianyao, if you’re free tonight, how about we have a drink" said Laughing Wolf as he prepared to leave and invited Xianyao along.

"Sure, the place is up to you," nodded Xianyao.

"Of course; this is my turf. I’ll be over later then," said Laughing Wolf with a smile before leaving. He knew that Xianyao and Black Snow would now focus on their problem, so it wouldn’t be appropriate for him to disturb them, plus he had other matters of his own.

"Black Snow, you’re too late. You promised to bring someone capable; we were okay with waiting but this is irresponsible," said a person who was complaining about Black Snow’s tardiness on the side.

Although she led this group, there were still others in opposition to her leadership and doubted her capabilities due to her youth and relatively short time at the Devil Melody Sect.

"Yes, you brought that useless brat. If you want to keep a playboy around, do it far from us; don’t use serious matters as your playground," said an alluring woman dressed provocatively, casting flirtatious glances at Xianyao while speaking.

"Stop flirting with him or I won’t hesitate to take your life," Black Snow replied coldly. She didn’t want to waste her breath on other issues but this woman’s flirting was unforgivable.

"Let’s get down to business then. What kind of problem are we facing You’ve been working on it for a month now; there should be some progress by now," said Xianyao with a smile, seemingly ignoring everyone else and treating them as if they were discussing others’ affairs.

"…" The room fell silent at his words. Those who had previously complained remained quiet because their own efforts over the past month hadn’t yielded any clues or progress whatsoever.

How could they criticize someone else when they themselves made no headway That would only make them look even more foolish.

"Looks like you’re still clueless. Tell me, what’s this problem" Black Snow asked, frowning. While she was happy to see others struggle, the situation suggested that the problem might be exceptionally difficult and unfamiliar to everyone involved, being entirely new.ing called out directly without any formalities. In the Fang family, only she and a few others had this privilege. At the same time, Fang Ling felt very happy because she found the best solution. As he...
